BRING OUT YOUR INNER STRENGTH

How to be assertive in your role of Assistant & generate a proactive collaboration

My objective is to give Assistants the possibility to get over the limits that are too often imposed on their profession, whatever strategic it is. But this isn’t possible without making Assistants aware of their strengths, added-value, skills and ability to fill the gaps, at any time, with efficiency and class. Would you like to find how to be more of a sparing-partner to your boss and evolve in an efficient and confident collaboration? How to be a recognized asset in your company?

Agile and strategic - I am there to help you learn how to:

Value differences and work in collaboration

• Increase your self-awareness

Support change and new ways of working

Vielbegabung und Hochsensitivität

Eigenes Format - eigene Themen - eigene Art
